Michael Stanley Band: "He Can't Love You (1980)

Cleveland native Michael Stanley became a regional phenomenon, but the singer/songwriter/guitarist and his Michael Stanley Band deserved more national success than they achieved. Here is their gem from 1980, " He Can't Love You."

  1. Love MSB! Definitely a major player on the soundtrack of my youth. I was at one of the twelve farewell concerts at the Front Row in 1986 (Front Row was the venue for Roy Orbison's last concert). The only concert I've ever attended with my sister. Joe Walsh showed up to play on Rosewood Bitters.

Favorite song is "Lover". Thank God for the man who put the white lines on the highway.

Thanks for stirring up some great memories!
